I’m a marketing and brand consultant motivated by curiosity and partial to complexity.

Over the course of 15 years in boutique branding & advertising agencies, I had the privilege of wearing many hats and working side-by-side with executives across a wide range of industries. I built powerful brands and results-driving campaigns for clients ranging from professional sports teams to B2B SaaS platforms. 

In my final agency leadership role, as Head of Creative and Product at Superhuman, I was focused primarily on branding for private equity-owned technology companies—many of whom were navigating complicated post-M&A brand, portfolio, and product questions. Energized by the complexity of this work, I started MWC to focus on precisely these types of marketing challenges: The kind that have significant business implications. That require keen business acumen, strategic rigor, and creative thinking. The challenges that go above and beyond the scope of a traditional agency partnership.

With equal parts pragmatism and empathy, I combine data and humanity to carve out ownable brand positions that resonate across all stakeholders. I believe in the power of creativity to solve problems and curiosity to guide the process, that compelling storytelling can drive measurable business results, and that strategically-sound ideas outweigh catchy taglines every time. 

 

As a mom of two, I'm grateful for the flexibility consulting gives me—time to spend with my kids while building a career I'm passionate about. I'm deeply committed to championing a modern workforce that allows caregivers to thrive and companies to benefit from the innovation, creativity, and hard-won wisdom that moms have always delivered.
