Hi, I'm Molly.

I’m a creative-director-turned-marketing-strategist, driven by a passion for compelling and effective brand storytelling.

Over the course of 15 years in boutique branding & advertising agencies, I benefitted from wearing many different hats. Blending systems thinking with out-of-the-box solutions, I've collaborated with colleagues and clients to develop both the strategic framework and creative execution for successful marketing work across a wide variety of industries.

In my final agency leadership role (as Head of Creative and Product at Superhuman) I focused primarily on carving out the agency's unique expertise in branding for private equity-owned technology companies—many of whom were reconciling complicated brand, portfolio, and product questions. I was reinvigorated by this work, and in 2024, I transitioned out of agency leadership to build Molly Waller Consulting. MWC is focused on solving precisely these types of complex marketing challenges—the kind that have significant business implications above and beyond the scope of a traditional agency partnership. 

 

As a marketer, I balance pragmatism with passion.

I believe in the power of creativity to solve problems and curiosity to guide the process, that compelling storytelling can drive measurable business results, and that strategically-sound ideas outweigh catchy taglines every time. 

 

As a leader, I live by the philosophy of empathy with expectations, and I'm deeply committed to the important work of diversity, equity, and inclusion as a crucial driver of creativity and innovation, in addition to humanity.
